Partner closely with Product Development and Technical Design throughout the development process, taking a leadership role in fittings for assigned product categories, actively contributing within the PLM system, partnering on garment construction, driving near-production-ready prototypes, and ensuring design intent is maintained through final approval. Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product Development, Technical Design, Merchandising, Production, Marketing, overseas vendors, and other partners through clear communication, shared accountability, and proactive problem solving.
