<h1>Robotic Weld Cell Programmer-Integrator</h1><p>Picture your day starting at 7:00 am in a close-knit Akron shop where precision and pace go hand in hand. You power up a projection welder, run through calibration on a robotic arm, and load a test coupon. A quick program tweak, a torque check, a push/destruct test—quality verified. A sensor throws an error? You diagnose, swap a component, and the cell is back online.
