Job Summary: The fill technician assists the pharmacist in the preparation, packaging, and fulfillment of compounded medication orders, maintaining the compounded preparation and supply inventory, and maintaining patient and pharmacy records in a manner consistent with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as pharmacy policies and procedures. Communicate with staff, patients, and/or providers regarding shortages/backorders, delays, and/or non-clinical clarifications.
