This position focuses on building and maintaining reporting solutions, dashboards, and data models that provide visibility into business performance. Application Support & Development: </strong></div><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical data models and reporting solutions.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance of reporting solutions.</li><li>Support testing, validation, and deployment of BI solutions in coordination with development and business teams.</li><li>Collaborate with developers and analysts on large-scale data and reporting initiatives</li></ul><div><strong>2. Data Warehousing & System Support: </strong></div><ul><li>Support and maintain data warehouse environments and data pipelines to ensure data availability and reliability.</li><li>Assist in data integration efforts from multiple sources into centralized BI platforms.</li></ul><div><strong>3. Data Management & Governance: </strong></div><ul><li>Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.</li><li>Support data migrations, data refresh processes, and backup procedures as required.</li><li>Document data models, data definitions, ETL processes, and reporting standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.</li></ul><div><strong>4. Business Collaboration & Analytics Support: </strong></div><ul><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.</li><li>Deliver ad hoc analysis and reports for various business units.</li><li>Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes and tools.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to team members on BI tools and best practices.</li></ul><div>5<strong>. Duties:</strong></div><ul><li>Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Exigence, Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all items</li><li>Responsible for analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of BI and analytics solutions. </li><li>Develop integrations between ERP systems and BI/reporting platforms. </li><li>Perform analysis needed to support the multiple areas of the business in their day-to-day use of the application </li><li>Manage multiple project priorities to successfully deliver solutions to our business owners within defined timelines </li><li>Troubleshoot, identify and fix application bugs </li><li>Provide information by answering questions and requests </li><li>Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards </li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge </li><li>Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed </li><li>Support the systems afterhours as part of the on-call rotation </li><li>Follow IT change management process </li><li>Ability to collaborate with the Solutions Architect on projects that span multiple technologies and systems</li></ul><div><em>Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary to support the overall goals and objectives of the position.</em></div><br/><h3>What you bring to Pacific Seafood</h3><br/><div><strong>Required:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>1–3 years of experience with Power BI.</li></ul><div><strong>Preferred:</strong></div><ul><li>Understand basic data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema)</li><li>Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.</li><li>Experience creating digital forms (e.g., GoFormz, Microsoft Forms, etc.)<br/><br/></li></ul><div>Physical Requirements:<br/><br/>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Partner with business leaders and functional heads to solve critical business challenges through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and workforce insights.

Mandate: turn people data into our most valuable strategic asset while building organizational data literacy and fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making.

**You Will:**

**Strategy & Executive Consultation**

+ Define and execute a multi-year analytics roadmap, evolving from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive insights.

+ Serve as the primary data consultant to senior leadership, translating complex datasets into compelling narratives that inform business strategy.

+ Partner with business and functional leaders to diagnose critical business challenges (e.g., high attrition in specific regions, diversity gaps in leadership) and recommend evidence-based solutions.

**Leadership & Team Development**

+ Lead and mentor a global team of Senior Analysts and developers, fostering technical excellence and consultative capability.

+ Promote continuous learning in advanced statistical methods and analytics best practices.

+ Drive resource allocation to balance urgent executive requests with strategic projects.

+ Raise the "Data IQ" of the organization by educating P&O and business leaders on how to leverage insights to drive decision-making.

**Workforce Intelligence & Forecasting**

+ Conduct deep-dive trend analysis to identify shifts in labor capacity, productivity, and cost over time. Answer not just what is happening, but why it is happening.

+ Develop predictive models for attrition, talent gaps, and succession planning.

+ Conduct scenario planning with Finance and Operations to model workforce volume and costs under various business conditions.

+ Integrate internal data with external labor market trends to guide global talent strategies.

**Data Storytelling & Visualization**

+ Transform static reports into dynamic, executive-ready stories and presentations.

+ Tell the "Story of the Workforce" that connect workforce trends to P&L outcomes.

+ Oversee the design of intuitive dashboards and presentations for business leaders and P&O BPs.

**Data Governance & Technology**

+ Establish a "single source of truth" through robust governance and partnership with HRIS to automate data quality checks and cleanse historical data, ensuring high confidence and consistency in reporting outputs.

+ Partner with Data privacy and security teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and local regulations and ethical usage of data.

+ Optimize the analytics tech stack, leveraging advanced tools and AI-driven platforms.

**Global Reporting & Metrics**

+ Define global P&O data dictionary and standard taxonomies to ensure the "Vital Few" KPIs (e.g., "Time to Fill," "Headcount") are defined identically across all brands.

+ Enable self-service reporting to reduce manual workload and empower business leaders.

+ Develop and evolve P&O metrics to amplify value-driving metrics in response to key business challenges (e.g. Revenue per FTE, Quality of Hire).

**Your Experience Should Include:**

+ Education: Bachelor's required; Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or MBA preferred.

+ 10+ years in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Workforce Strategy.

+ 5+ years leading senior-level analytics teams in a global matrix organization (50k+ employees).

+ Advanced proficiency in common visualization tools.

+ Familiarity with tools and techniques commonly used in People Analytics: R or Python, SQL, data management & engineering, cloud platforms and statistical analysis.

+ Deep knowledge of HCM systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).

**Salary Range:** $161,600 - $271,438
