Hands-on experience using AI agents, workflow automation, robotic process automation, or similar technologies to support account reconciliations, exception management, month-end close, or other accounting processes is preferredExperience documenting, testing, validating, and monitoring automated accounting workflows, including control points, approvals, exception thresholds, and audit evidence is preferredExperience with reconciliation software, ERP or core financial systems, data visualization tools, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable platforms is preferred. The position also supports the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of reconciliation procedures, automated workflows, and exception-management processes while maintaining strong internal controls, data integrity, documentation, and appropriate oversight.
