In addition to managing current operations, this individual will maintain a forward looking 12 month operational outlook covering capacity, labor planning, capital needs, process improvements, and potential risks based on forecasted demand. This senior leadership role will oversee areas such as manufacturing, assembly, finishing, picking, or other production functions, with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, cost, labor efficiency, and team development.
