These program support services include the collection, analysis, and dissemination of investigative information as well as coordination and implementation of administrative services and program requirements supporting NSE workflow and team operations, personnel management, and travel arrangements.    </td></tr><tr style="height:22px"><td>Essential Job Function</td></tr><tr style="height:376px"><td><ul><li>Provide technical support to investigative personnel to obtain, review and analyze source document(s) and statistical information, and to identify information pertinent to ongoing investigations. </li><li>Make recommendations to the Government on the relevancy of investigative information as related to priority intelligence requirements and organize and conduct detailed examinations of information gathered during complex criminal and civil investigations. </li><li>Provide written results within formal and informal briefings to the Government as required by the Contracting Officer’s Representative. </li><li>Participate in the development methodology to exploit investigative information, to include conducting periodic progress reviews, as well as coordinating and completing quality control of all work products. </li><li>Report individual findings on an ongoing basis to lead personnel. </li><li>Utilize a variety of financial analysis software to include ACTIONABLE INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES Financial Investigations System software to process and analyze financial records. </li><li>Perform some data entry from hard copy and soft copy documents into a large-scale data processing system via a keyboard device, optical character reader, or other input device to include scanners, digital cameras, and copy machines, as appropriate. </li><li>Resolve any problems and questions concerning data to be entered. </li><li>Lead quality control review over software output and reconcile data with original documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. </li><li>Report individual findings from the analysis of all investigative material on an ongoing basis, write intelligence reports, create graphics and working aids, and prepare discovery and court material for the prosecutor, following the completion of investigative support and as scheduled with the lead investigator and/or Assistant U.S. Attorney. </li><li>Occasional travel (CONUS and OCONUS) in support of DOMEX missions and/or law enforcement operations. </li></ul>  </td></tr><tr style="height:22px"><td>Minimum Qualifications</td></tr><tr style="height:136px"><td><ul><li>Possess a working knowledge of current investigative techniques relating the analyzing and summarizing large volumes of investigative data and preparing analytical products in support of law enforcement operations.</li><li>A Bachelor’s Degree and three years of specialized experience involving collection, evaluation, analysis, production and dissemination of investigative intelligence. Key Responsibilities <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Data Analysis and Trend Recognition: Compile and analyze data from multiple sources, identifying trends across various data sets, locations, and targets.</li><li>Data Accuracy and Assessment: Monitor data for accuracy, integrity, authenticity, and relevancy. Qualifications:
Required<ul><li>Ability to hold a position of SECRET clearance level with the US government.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of work experience OR 5 years of work experience and no degree.</li><li>Experience using data analytic/visualization tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, or others to design charts, create formulas, and analyze unstructured data (can be job or education-based).</li><li>Skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communications with stakeholders.</li><li>Must be local to El, Paso TX or willing to drive on site 5 days a week.</li><li>Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.</li><li>To support continuous operations, this role follows a rotating shift schedule. Candidates should be comfortable working flexible hours, including potential evenings or weekends.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience providing support to a 24/7 law enforcement operations unit. </li><li>Military or law enforcement background or exposure.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment, including collaboration with various teams.</li><li>Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, gaps, and ensuring data accuracy and </li><li>Experience with documenting processes and developing SOPs for data handling and </li><li>Demonstrated experience in reverse engineering and validation of data processes.</li><li>Ability to communicate findings and updates effectively during briefings and team </li></ul>
