Deliver instruction and demonstration in the areas of: Safety, Environmental Awareness and Green Building, Hand and Power Tool Safety, Blueprints, Carpentry Maintenance, Roofing/Drywall/Plaster, Concrete and Masonry Maintenance, Surface Finishing and Sealing, Plumbing Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Building Safety Systems and Environmental Control Systems, Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance, and Employability Skills. Minimum: At least four years of experience in the construction/building maintenance field or a minimum of three years of experience as a certified teacher in a vocational, technical, construction, or maintenance training program.
