This individual will formulate, design, deploy and maintain highly complex database systems, design data collection instruments, write programs to process the data, conduct statistical analyses, develop presentation methods, and coordinate real time, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports that compile results from multiple data sources within the evaluation system.
