Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Support Finance and Senior Operational Leadership enterprise wide, with a specific focus on profitability </li><li>Develop forecasting models by business unit/client/product to be able to put together highly granular forecasts. </li><li>Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget and forecast development.</li><li>Provide detailed comparisons and variance analytics vs. baseline financials (i.e. budget, forecast, etc.). </li><li>Prepare and review Executive Level presentations on monthly and quarterly financial performance and initiatives.</li><li>Develop methodologies, dashboards, and models for Operational metric budgeting and reporting.</li><li>Produce ad hoc analysis and reports for executive management team.</li><li>Analyze business opportunities, research industry, market and company trends.</li><li>Identify, analyze, and lead productivity initiatives including, sourcing, integration, and automation.</li><li>Participate in the monthly quarterly and quarterly financial close process. </li><li>Perform all other duties assigned.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
<ul><li>BS/BA degree in Finance/Accounting</li><li>1-3 Years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis or related role.</li><li>Experience in Financial Services preferred.</li><li>MS Office Suite; advanced understanding of Excel and modeling (required).</li><li>Experience working with large datasets is a plus.</li><li>Oracle GL or similar accounting GL understanding.</li><li>Experience with a financial reporting tool.</li><li>BI experience is a plus (Power BI, SQL, etc.)</li></ul>

Salary Note:

Combined Salary Range:
USD $180,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
