Analysis of threats and reporting will consist primarily for: 1) Any credible threat to DHS leadership or personnel; 2) Any credible threat to ICT supporting essential functions at primary sites, continuity sites, or at devolution sites; 3) Any credible threat to assets supporting relocation operations; 4) Any credible threat to the continuation of DHS operations, mission essential assets, and essential functions at primary sites, continuity sites, or the surrounding areas; 5) The available window to execute the continuity plan, deploy continuity personal, relocate, or devolve operations. The duties will include: 1) Supports the DHS Office the Secretarys (S1) continuity program and activities; 2) Supports the DHS Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and S1 successors emergency relocation program and all associated activities/functions; 3) Liaisons and coordinates regularly with various S1 support stakeholders and mission partners to enhance departmental readiness for all hazards, at all times; 4) Supports the Departments Continuity Program by conducting Emergency Relocation Group planning, operations, testing, training, and exercising.
