Responsibilities: • Responsibilities include progressively increasing involvement in: construction management, including managing inspection services on project; contract management and administration; change management, including evaluation and negotiation of change orders; office engineering, including project records management and materials certification; inspection project elements and testing of materials; project controls, including CPM Scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting and risk management; and project close-out, including finalization of payments and documentation.
