JOB DESCRIPTION Summary of Essential Functions<ul><li>The RPA Automation Engineer Intern will be responsible for collaborating with the Robot Process Automation Engineer to develop RPA scripts using Automation Anywhere to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>Partner with various departments to develop and implement efficient automated processes using Intelligent Automation Technology.</li><li>Assist with improving business processes and services by specializing in Intelligent Automation technologies.</li><li>Support full lifecycle implementation of automation projects, including building prototypes, validating scripts, and training end users.</li><li>Assist the RPA Engineer with designing solutions using best practices and maintaining technical responsibility for project delivery.</li><li>Identify automation blockers and enablers, and articulate them to stakeholders</li><li>Assist the Director of Clinical Integration and Adoption with clinical integration and adoption initiatives.</li></ul>Educational Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. </li><li>Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li></ul>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities<ul><li>Any experience in Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, or Application Development, highly preferred</li><li>Proficiency in python scripting, highly preferred</li><li>Hands-on work-related experience in designing, delivering, and managing automation solutions, preferred</li><li>Experience in programming and software development or related automation, support, or maintenance role, preferred</li><li>Experience in data query, data processing, relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, preferred</li><li>Software troubleshooting skills</li><li>Analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)</li><li>Curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a team</li><li>Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) with various levels of associates, maintaining a positive customer service focus</li><li>A confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Primarily works the day shift; may be asked to work other hours as needed, including weekends. </li><li>Ability to distinguish between numbers and symbols. </li><li>Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity with substantial movement of wrist and/or fingers. </li><li>Walking and climbing to accomplish tasks. </li><li>Corrected vision and hearing to normal or near normal range. </li><li>Extended periods of sitting and/or walking depending on specific duties. </li></ul>Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Assists with clinical integration and adoption initiatives.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with various departments to develop and implement high quality, efficient and repeatable automated processes firm-wide using Intelligent Automation Technology.</li><li>Specializing in technologies from leading Intelligent Automation (IA) vendors, the Automation Engineer is responsible for leading and helping businesses improve the efficiency of processes and effectiveness of their services.</li><li>Support full lifecycle implementation of automation projects (including building prototypes, validating script performance at scale, sharing demos of work completed, writing documentation and training end users on self-service tools within the platform)</li><li>Follows a predetermined set of organization-wide RPA standards.</li><li>Design solutions utilizing Intelligent Automation tools best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery.</li><li>Identify automation blockers and enablers, as well as articulating them to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the Intelligent Automation Process.</li><li>Analyze requirements and develop proposals for technical solutions.</li><li>Create test plans and test scenarios and assist in the execution of those plans/scenarios.</li><li>Developing Automation workflows that include documentation, error checking, logging, security, and recoverability while focusing on scalability and extensibility.</li><li>Create and maintain a library of reusable components to use across the organization.</li><li>Articulate and present the business benefits and measurements of success of Intelligent Automation to a wide variety of stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with application, business i</li></ul>
