Travel will support North American operations and client programs, including recruiting events, workforce planning initiatives, employee relations matters, investigations, performance improvement plans, employee releases, terminations, organizational restructures, and client meetings. Employee Relations, Investigations & Client Support Travel to client locations and operational sites throughout North America as needed to support hiring, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, performance improvement plans, reductions in force, and employee separations.
