Summary:Skagit Regional Health has immediate openings for additional Family Medicine physicians to join our clinic in Smokey Point, Washington. Skagit Regional Health is committed to nurturing a culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and professional growth.Highlights:<ul><li>Work with a cohesive team of new and experienced physicians and APPs at our multispecialty clinic in Smokey Point, Washington.</li><li>Enjoy a Monday-Friday outpatient only schedule, with some extended hours that may be required. Opportunity to work a 4-day workweek.</li><li>Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1:18 shared phone call rotation. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.</li><li>Our providers see a good mix of chronic and acute patients across the lifespan. Basic in office procedures performed in clinic, based on provider comfort level and preference. This clinic is located in a multispecialty building with immediate access to lab, diagnostic imaging services, and a variety of subspecialty providers.</li><li>This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.</li><li>Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.</li><li>Board Eligible/Board Certification required.</li><li>2-3 years of experience preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.</li><li>Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.</li><li>The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Guaranteed first year salary: $298,975</li><li>Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance.</li><li>Malpractice insurance, including tail insurance, is fully covered!</li><li>Our comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.</li><li>Paid maternity and parental bonding leave available!</li><li>Skagit Regional Health offers 401a and 457b retirement plans that invest in your future financial security.</li><li>Skagit Regional Health is a PSLF approved institution.</li><li>Washington State has no income tax, enhancing your financial benefits.</li></ul>About Skagit Regional Health:<ul><li>Skagit Regional Health is an integrated health system with a growing staff of nearly 3,000, including a medical staff of over 600, and is comprised of 2 acute care hospitals and 30 outpatient clinics in over 25 medical specialties.
