Overview: The Technology Early Talent Recruiter is responsible for managing full‑cycle recruiting for M&T Bank's technology early‑career programs, including the Technology Development Program (TDP), Technology Internship Program (TIP), Z Development Program (ZDP), and the Technology High School Internship Program, in addition to other early talent hiring needs. This role serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and delivers a best‑in‑class candidate experience while ensuring high‑quality, high‑caliber talent outcomes across multiple program models, including rotational programs, internships, apprenticeships, and early exposure initiatives.
