Essential duties and responsibilities, include, but are not limited to: In collaboration with the Assistant Dean of Academic Advising and New Student Orientation and Dean of Student Engagement, provide leadership and direction on all aspects of pre-orientation, online, and on-campus orientation activities. A Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field is required; Master's degree in higher education, college student personnel, psychology, counseling, or related is preferred.
