This includes communicating any concerns, milestones and goals to parents/guardians of any children within the classroom. Our Family-Centered Early Support and Services (FCESS) group focuses on little ones from 0 to 3 years of age. Because we are a human services organization, our positions are year-round, unlike a school district in most cases. While intake and evaluations are conducted mainly at our Claremont office, most of the work for the FCESS team is performed at the family's home and mileage is reimbursable. This position is the only one that has the requirement of playing on the floor with kids!In the FCESS program, the Early Childhood Educator provides developmental services for children under the age of three (3). Your responsibilities will include assessments of delays in areas such as motor, communication, cognition, social/emotional, and self-help skills as well as providing direct support and service coordination for children and their families.
