• Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and/or PLS-CADD • Experience using power analysis software such as EasyPower, ETAP, or SKM Power Tools • Familiarity with voltage drop, fault current, and arc flash analysis tools (EDR, EasyPower, ETAP, SKM) • Knowledge of CDGES software; experience with GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) and Synergi is a plus • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, clients, and stakeholders • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize, handle conflicting deadlines, and maintain attention to detail • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screening, and MVR review as applicable.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering • Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or the ability to obtain licensure within six months • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting with a focus on medium- and high-voltage power system design • Demonstrated experience preparing electrical construction drawings, specifications, submittal reviews, and providing construction administration for power projects • Preferred but not required: graduate degree, professional registrations, technical research, or publication experience.
