The Desktop Support Technician provides company-Wide technical services in the installation, configuration, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of network hardware, computer hardware, peripheral equipment, and software for all company devices . Install, maintain, and troubleshoot technology including but not limited to, Windows PCs, printers, peripherals, network equipment, cabling, wireless access points, etc.
