About This Opportunity:
<p style="margin:0px">The IT Business Operations Intern (ITBO) will assist in the flow of processes and procedures for the IT department. This role is key in submitting purchasing requests through iProcurement and monitoring the ticket through the system until a PO is assigned. The intern will work closely with IT managers/requestors, members of the Vendor Management Team, and members of the FP&A Team to gather information for each request and see it through to the end. The ITBO Intern will also be responsible for assisting with updating the team agenda on a daily basis and attending the ITBO team meeting each Friday. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist in submitting purchasing requests through iProcurement</li><li>Tracking iProc tickets as they go through the approval process</li><li>Assist in updating the ITBO agenda and attending the weekly team meetings</li><li>Assist in the engagement of Net(net) by keeping up with the tracker and keeping the email conversations going until a final decision is made</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<p style="margin:0px"><strong><u>Internship Eligibility and Requirements</u></strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li><strong>College Enrollment:</strong> Must be enrolled in a full-time academic program, currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or a related field. </li><li><strong>Expected Graduation</strong>: Students must be on track to graduate in May or December 2027.</li><li><strong>GPA Requirements</strong>: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required to be considered for the position.</li><li><strong>Location Requirement</strong>: This is a remote internship based in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a complex, multi-year contract to support the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services.</p></div><div style="font-size:4px"> </div><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</div><div><ul><li>Provide support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware. </li><li>Perform configurations, installations, diagnostics, upgrades, repairs and preventive maintenance of personal computer products and peripherals </li><li>May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. </li><li>Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties. </li><li>Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems. </li><li>Maintain currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise.</li></ul></div>

Qualifications:
