Working alongside project teams, the intern helps resolve design challenges, coordinate materials and resources, and prepare proposals and quantity takeoffs, while also contributing to special assignments and broader project needs. The Construction Intern supports both the planning and execution phases of concrete construction projects, gaining hands-on experience in formwork design, project estimating, scheduling, and safety tracking.
