Qualifications: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and database software </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work well within a team environment </li><li>Exceptional attentiveness to detail, with ability to learn and understand technical terms </li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively with high volumes, meet short deadlines, take direction and perform duties with limited direction and guidance </li><li>Ability to practice discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality </li><li>Strict adherence to RISE safety processes and procedures </li><li> </li></ul>Preferred Education and Experience: <ul><li>Working towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering </li><li>General understanding of building systems and equipment </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint or other web application platforms </li><li> </li></ul>Physical Demands: <ul><li>Frequent: <ul><li>Computer input and typing </li><li>Answering the phone </li><li>Sedentary work </li><li>Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. </li><li> </li></ul></li><li>Occasional: <ul><li>Lifting over 20 pounds </li><li> </li></ul> </li><li> </li></ul> Qualifications Who We AreThe RISE Group, Inc. is an employee-owned, professional engineering firm that provides a complete range of consulting, design, and energy services to customers throughout the United States and internationally.
