Assist in the design, testing, and improvement of food processing equipment and systems; Support experimentation and process optimization through data collection, analysis, and documentation; Help operate and troubleshoot pilot-scale equipment and instrumentation; Document designs, test results, and process learnings in clear, organized formats; Contribute to cross-functional project updates and development timelines. Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or related discipline) or similar technical field; Demonstrated technical, analytical, and/or quantitative experience; Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; Interest in manufacturing systems, process engineering, or applied technology development preferred.
