Provide technical leadership for water, wastewater, reclaim, and hazardous waste systems, including RO/DI, UF, ion exchange, and advanced wastewater treatment technologies. Recruits, selects, manages, coaches, and motivates staff; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates work assignments.
