Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily customer interaction, onboarding, scheduling and routing of work, daily interaction with technicians, invoicing and billing, and assisting the Office Manager. Our pool technicians, or ‘Scouts’ as we like to call them, are a group of motivated, dynamic individuals who believe that quality service is built on reliability and customer confidence.
