The General Manager also serves as Signant Healths foremost subject matter expert on clinical data management, representing the organizations capabilities to clients, prospects, and at industry conferences and forums, and works cross-functionally with Technical Delivery, Product/R&D, Commercial, and Project Management leadership to ensure data management strategy and service delivery support business growth and client commitments. This leader holds full profit-and-loss (P&L), budget, and resource allocation accountability for the Data Management organization - including direct P&L ownership of the EDC business line - and sets the enterprise vision and multi-year roadmap for data management, ensuring Signant Health stays ahead of evolving CRO/Pharma industry demands, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
