Western Aircraft is an approved SkillBridge Internship provider under the Department of Defense Instruction
1322.29. SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from Western Aircraft, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.
During the Aircraft Maintenance Internship, interns will work up to 40 hours per week while they receive training from experienced maintenance technicians in our FAA certified Repair Station to develop skills to assist with inspection, testing, repair, maintenance, and service of aircraft per FAA and manufacturers specifications.
SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from Western Aircraft, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.
During the Avionics Internship, interns will work up to 40 hours per week while they receive training from experienced avionics technicians in our FAA certified Repair Station to develop skills to assist in installation, troubleshooting and/or performing required repairs to aircraft utilizing test equipment to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications.

During the Aircraft Structures Internship, interns will work up to 40 hours per week while they receive training from experienced structures technicians in our FAA certified Repair Station to develop skills to assist with structural inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of aircraft per FAA and manufacturers specifications.
Morrison-Maierle provides civil engineering design and consulting for projects related to transportation, airports, industrial, municipal infrastructures, water, land development, environmental, survey, planning, CAD, and buildings focused on structural, mechanical, electrical and information communication technology.
These responsibilities include:
