Based in Bend, Oregon, on the OSU-Cascades campus, this position provides strategic leadership, outreach, recruitment, advising coordination, and partnership development designed to increase access, enrollment, and student success for transfer-bound students seeking bachelor's degree completion through OSU-Cascades, Corvallis and Ecampus. Minimum one year full-time professional experience working in a higher education student services role (or a related field including K-12 education or non-profit work) such as recruiting and admissions, advising, orientation, international programs, financial aid, career services, academic programs, or related fields.
