Responsibilities: <ul><li> Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including but not limited to, employee relations, wage and hour issues, workplace safety, discrimination claims, and employment contracts.</li><li> Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.</li><li> Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements, including employment contracts, severance agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.</li><li> Advise clients on corporate law matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.</li><li> Assist with transactional work, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and advising on the legal aspects of deal structures.</li><li> Participate in M&A activities, including conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, and providing post-acquisition legal support.</li><li> Stay current on developments in labor and employment law, corporate law, transactional law, and M&A to ensure that clients receive the most accurate and up-to-date advice.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li><li> Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney.</li><li> Admission to the state bar.</li><li> In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law, corporate law, transactional law, and M&A.</li><li> Proven experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.</li><li> Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.</li><li> Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.</li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li> Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li> Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion.</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
