This role offers hands-on experience in operations, process improvement, and business systems while working alongside experienced professionals in the power systems industry.This is a paid, temporary summer internship.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Assist with day-to-day operations, service, parts, or administrative support</li><li>Help identify and improve internal workflows and processes</li><li>Support Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) for better efficiency and communication</li><li>Assist with organizing and streamlining Work-in-Progress (WIP)</li><li>Help create basic documentation, reports, or process updates</li><li>Support special projects as assigned</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a college or technical program</li><li>Interest in operations, business processes, analytics, IT, or efficiency improvement</li><li>Comfortable learning and using technology and systems</li><li>Reliable, organized, and eager to learn</li><li>Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.</li></ul>What You'll Learn<ul><li>How to apply Lean or Six Sigma principles to a professional service environment</li><li>Hands-on experience managing the Operational Technology that keeps a business running</li><li>The ability to transform raw administrative data into actionable operational insights</li></ul>Schedule & Pay<ul><li>Paid internship (competitive hourly wage)</li><li>20–40 hours per week (flexible based on availability)</li><li>Summer duration: May–August (dates flexible)</li><li>On-site in Gillette, WY</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Temporary, at-will position</li><li>Not eligible for company benefits due to internship status</li><li>No guarantee of continued employment after the internship</li></ul>Apply today to gain real-world experience and help improve how our teams work.Military Friendly Hiring #NWHHV
