Primarily provides clinical services to address Substance Use Disorder/Co-Occurring needs to individuals involved in Addiction Recovery Services Programs, including but not limited to Department of Corrections Community Sentencing Program, TANF/Child Welfare, Medication Assisted Treatment Program, Gambling, and all other addiction related services. Establishes rapport with clients/families, assesses client/ family needs; organizes, plans, and delivers face-to-face client services; and conducts follow up on the outcome of services provided.
