Following the last carriage ride of the day, assist the driver with unhitching and unharnessing of the horses, wipe down tack as needed and store in harness room, brush down horses and turn out to pasture, follow closing procedure for the barn area and secure all areas as instructed. Interpreters may also be called upon to assist with other unexpected guests services and occasional special projects such as trail and/or carriage maintenance, barn cleaning, pasture and fence work, decorating for special events or private drives, historical research, and other assignments as requested.
