These procedures include but are not limited to: cardiac catheterization, cardiac implants (pacemakers, internal cardiac defibrillators, and cardiac event recorders), cardioversions, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), peripheral angiography and venography, general diagnostic and fluoroscopy, CT scans and bone density testing.
