**Job Description**

We are looking for an Interviewer/Abstractor to review medical records of patients, interview them to assist in determining if patients qualify for participation in related projects while assure compliance with CDC and state security and confidentiality standards. This position will be Full-Time and Remote.

**What You'll Do**

+ The incumbent will also review medical records related to the patients HIV diagnosis

+ Assure compliance with CDC and state security and confidentiality standards and procedures

+ Is responsible for assisting in determination if clients qualify for project participation

+ The incumbent will interview selected HIV positive individuals using a standardized questionnaire

+ The incumbent will review medical records from selected program patient's medical file for specific health related information.

+ Present at education/information meetings and prepares necessary materials

+ Maintains current, accurate, secure database of facilities, providers, and patients

+ Performs related tasks as required

**What You'll Need**

Required:

+ Extensive knowledge of and ability to interpret federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and policies pertaining to HIV and surveillance and research

+ Broad knowledge of the operation of health care provider agencies including hospitals, clinics, health departments, and state and county facilities such as prisons/jails

+ Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality and security of HIV surveillance data

+ Ability to conduct and complete confidential patient interviews and medical record reviews

+ Ability to learn about state and federal departments and agencies which have programs or services affecting HIV surveillance, including knowledge of the Indiana Department of Health and its services and policies

+ Ability to effectively work with community organizations, individuals, and health care professionals

+ Ability to learn to utilize Microsoft Office products such as MS Word

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Payment Rails team within Coinbase's Platform organization. Payment Rails is the foundational infrastructure that powers how money moves at Coinbase-processing fiat deposits, withdrawals, and transfers across payment methods, gateways, and banking integrations at scale. You'll design and build the low-latency, high-throughput backend services that ensure every transaction is fast, secure, and reliable, directly enabling millions of customers to move value seamlessly across the Coinbase ecosystem and beyond.

*What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):*

* Design and build scalable payment systems that process millions of transactions daily-developing APIs, services, and integrations that power deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers across multiple payment methods and rails.

* Own backend services end-to-end from architecture through production-writing high-quality, well-tested code and operating services that must be correct, auditable, and reliable in a real-time financial environment.

* Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Compliance, and Finance to translate complex payment requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions that balance speed, safety, and regulatory compliance.

* Drive technical vision and execution by working with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to shape the long-term roadmap for Payment Rails-identifying opportunities to improve reliability, reduce latency, and scale our systems.

* Integrate with internal and external partners including banking systems, payment processors, and teams across Coinbase (e.g., FinHub, Ledger, Risk) to ensure seamless money movement across the platform.

* Contribute to engineering excellence by mentoring teammates, participating in design reviews, and helping build a strong, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture.

* 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, with demonstrated experience building high-volume, low-latency distributed systems.

The Application Security org at Coinbase is hiring for a Senior Offensive Security Engineer, Offensive Security. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Penetration Tester with a proven track record of assessing and securing the digital security of physical spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, active, current, or recently expired security clearance, and demonstrated experience working with executives at large companies.

* Assess the digital security of physical spaces (e.g., labs, offices), including expertise in IOT/IOT automation and prosumer networking gear.

* Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on networked devices, including hardware, firmware, and integrations.
