Provides executive oversight of central utility plants, HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, emergency generators, electrical distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, domestic water systems, sanitary systems, fire protection systems, and associated infrastructure. Provides executive oversight during emergency incidents by coordinating internal Facilities personnel, Public Safety, utility providers, emergency contractors, and University leadership to ensure rapid restoration of critical campus operations.
