The Pharmacy Hub is looking for a Head of Procurement to lead our procurement function and own the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management of both the pharmaceutical raw materials that supply our 503A compounding operations — APIs, excipients, and other compounding components — and the finished pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other healthcare products that flow through our fulfillment operations. Success in this role is measured by concrete cost, availability, and compliance outcomes, tracked against the following KPIs: Supplier price negotiations: savings calculated as (prior price negotiated price) × purchased volume, reported in dollars and as a percentage of spend.
