Branch subject matter expert on all inventory functions and transactions.</li><li>Manages completion of Daily Material Movement Exception Report and Goods Over Receipt Report daily and reports disposition to branch and loss prevention leadership.</li><li>Manages completion of all assigned error queues including ZPOGI, Z272, IQS9, and others as assigned.</li><li>Report on problem tickets trends and issues.</li><li>Report on overall service failures and customer complaints, also known as OSI’s and trending on these issues.</li><li>Assign errors to warehouse team members as needed for non-compliance with Operations SOPs.</li><li>Report on audits of receiving functions including putaways, delivery receipts, and problem tickets. Review trends and issues with leadership.</li><li>Effectively communicate with warehouse leadership and peers in operations, A/P, product divisions, inventory management, item master data, and customer service.</li><li>Operate MHE as necessary</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements:Education<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li></ul>Relevant Work Experience<ul><li>Relevant experience as a Senior Inventory Control Coordinator displaying a broad and deep understanding of inventory issues and concerns in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.</li><li>Prior experience with SAP inventory transactions and expertise with enterprise/warehouse management systems.</li><li>Intermediate skill level in SAP.</li><li>Proficient skill in Microsoft Office .</li><li>Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).</li><li>Ability to take direction, implement changes and adapt to changing business environment.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Lift up to 60 pounds.
