Take full responsibility for preparing for each installation by reviewing the sign package, communicating with the Project Manager and Fabrication Manager the day before to confirm all project details and site requirements, and independently gathering, organizing, and loading all required materials, tools, equipment, and hardware needed for the installation. Our installers are expected to follow OSHA requirements, use appropriate personal protective equipment, properly operate lifts and equipment, and maintain a safety-first mindset at all times.
