Review, control, and release customer orders, report daily customer status, and maintain barcoding and scanning practices for proper product identification and alignment with WESNET **Qualifications:** + Valid Driver's License, with a satisfactory driving record required + High School Degree or Equivalent + 1 year of electrical, construction, or mechanical products required, 2 years preferred + 1 year of resolving technical, equipment, and service-related issues, 2 years preferred + Able to multi-task + Able to use hand tools and heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, etc.) + Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Attention to detail + Strong presentation and persuasion skills + Ability to use win-win approach to resolve controversy, stay objective and fair when dealing with sensitive situations, and maintain constructive working relationships + Ability to work in team environment + Ability to meet emerging customer needs. Including strong customer service background + Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potential accounts + Drive company vehicle for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts + Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds + Ability to travel 75% - 100% **Working Environment** : Outside Sales - Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities.
