1. Manage critical shortages, develop and execute shipping plans and schedules, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, budget, time and quality parameters.2. Lead daily critical shortage meetings with leadership, manage action items.3. Act as a liaison between functional groups both internal and external; to execute plans and ensure clear lines of communication throughout the supply chain.5. Compares purchase orders with shipping documents and merchandise to ensure accuracy, completeness and serviceability. Perform technical editing by researching catalogs, manuals, publications and parts lists. Visually inspect parts, supplies and equipment for serviceability. Complete the Lay-Up and FIFO processes. Reviews works orders and PMs to verify parts and prepare kits for PM tasks. Facilitate the cycle count for the MRO to complete. Update the cycle count records when approved.
