Ensures safety programs, such as, forklifts, hazardous materials, personal protective equipment, fire protection, MSDS, material handling and storage, hearing conservation, machinery guarding, lockout/tag out, and emergency action plan are maintained. Conducts audits to detect existing or potential environmental, fire, safety, and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
