Responsibilities:Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in design, production support, and day-to-day operationsDrive daily production execution by managing schedules, assigning work, and ensuring on-time delivery across capital, aftermarket, and warranty projectsConduct design reviews and manage engineering changes within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and manufacturabilityPartner cross-functionally with manufacturing, aftermarket, service teams, and leadership to resolve issues and support customer needs (including occasional field support)Monitor workflow, maintain documentation and inventory accuracy, and uphold a safe, efficient shop environment.
