With input from the Institutional Equity Officer, the Complaint Investigator will work independently at every stage of the investigatory process, from intake, to interviewing complainants, witnesses, and respondents, to collecting evidence, to making credibility assessments, and to preparing verbal and written investigation reports that detail the findings of fact and conclusions of whether the University's policies have been violated.
