The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following knowledge, skills, abilities, and progressive experience that demonstrates readiness to successfully perform the duties and tasks of this position: Demonstrated progressive experience leading and supervising investigative teams, gained through prior roles directing program operations, assigning work, training investigators, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to laws, policies, and Federal Tax Information safeguarding requirements. Preference may be granted to candidates who possess the following: A Bachelor's degree degree in business or public administration, accounting, finance, political science, or one of the criminal justice disciplines, and two years of experience as an investigator with a criminal justice government agency or private organization, or other directly allied field.
