About the Role
Hawthorne Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Certified Physicians Assistant (PA-C) with experience supporting sponsor initiated trials as a Principal or Sub-Investigator to oversee clinical trials at our site in Staten Island, NY.

Performs sophisticated analyses of large-scale hard-copy and electronic data such as health care claims data, financial transaction data, accounting records, or bank records to develop investigative leads and to determine their potential relevance to the allegations at issue. • Performs analysis to clarify the target suspects or organizations pattern of operations to identify information relevant to the legal issues involved and to recommend valuable approaches to the AUSAs or other members of the investigative team.
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and five years of satisfactory, full-time experience as an investigator evaluating credit worthiness, searching for assets, verifying information concerning education, experience, and other personal qualifications bearing upon character and fitness for employment, or performing investigations involving the research, compilation and/or location of evidence or information in order to build a case or uncover activities of a criminal, corrupt, unlawful or unethical nature; or. The Bureau routinely monitors childcare programs to protect the health and safety of children while in the childcare environment and actively works to improve and expand access to high quality programs which supports early childhood development and learning.
The BTBC Office of Epidemiology reviews and assesses TB exposures in residential and non-residential congregate settings; conducts investigations in these settings to identify, notify and evaluate contacts and assess transmission; analyzes genomic and epidemiologic information to detect, investigate and respond to TB outbreaks; and conducts data analysis and research to describe the epidemiology of TB in NYC and to inform TB prevention and control policy. This person will be part of the decision-making process that leads to such investigations, will coordinate closely with external partners across City and State agencies, religious institutions, worksites, schools and other entities to investigate and respond to TB exposures in complex settings, and will be responsible for compiling and analyzing related data.

A successful candidate will have experience operating as a senior investigator across complex and ambiguous security matters, working independently and collaboratively with cyber incident responders, detection engineers, threat hunters, legal, intelligence teams, and enterprise stakeholders. Five+ years of hands-on experience in cyber investigations, incident response, threat hunting, computer forensics, cybercrime investigations, or related technical fields.
p>Responsibilities: • Conducts surveillance of the store as well as utilizing CCTV system to identify, observe and deter individuals from committing theft of our property • Partner with store management to meet strategic asset protection goals and awareness • Provide clear and consistent training to all store personnel on safety compliance, new hire training, and measures through operational audits • Conduct investigations and interviews for inventory, cash loss, company policy violations, etc.
Our Loss Prevention - Asset Protection Investigators are responsible for executing key initiatives relating to theft, operational accountability, shrink and safety for Uncle Giuseppe's store locations.
