p>POSITION OVERVIEW: The HOA Operations Manager leads the team that is the first impression for guests entering the community, helps maintain the aesthetic beauty of the community by working with the ALC Committee, issuing permits, enforcing the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Architectural/Landscape Guidelines, Rules and Regulations, and other governing documents of the community.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see and hear, speak clearly and understand the speech of another person, sit, stand and walk (occasionally for an extended period), use hands to fingers, handle or feel, bend, and reach with hands and arms.
