Additional Qualifications: Experience with telemetry, cardiac monitoring, emergency response, genitourinary/renal case skills (pre/post hemodialysis management, renal failure), IV therapy/phlebotomy (blood product administration, PICC line management, starting IVs), respiratory care (chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, HFNC), and proficiency in infection precautions, wound care, and Wound Vac. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care for adult patients on a busy medical-surgical unit with a focus on urology/nephrology issues, kidney transplant care, and general medical-surgical diagnoses.
