Audits all aspects of ordering, acquiring, receiving, labeling, storage, administering, documenting, disposing and reconciliation of medications in the nursing facility. POSITION OVERVIEW: Assists Consultant Pharmacist in their role of providing consultation, evaluation and overseeing all aspects of the provision of pharmacy services in the nursing facility according to policies, procedures, state and federal laws.
