As an Experienced Software Engineer at BPMI, you will work under limited direction and perform moderately complex critical technical functions to support company operations in areas including, but not limited to: designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software to meet business and customer needs, developing features and capabilities for end users, either external customers or internal employees, the analysis of user requirements to derive software design and performance, recommending new technologies and processes for software projects, providing leadership and serving as a technical lead of multiple development projects, and adhering to defined software development lifecycle process. Develop and write high-quality code that satisfies customer needs and strives for simplicity, clarity, and testability; participate in code reviews or use collaborative programming techniques to promote high quality business outcomes.
